KINGSTON (WATE) - Kingston police made their largest meth lab seizure to date at a local home.
Officers and sheriff's deputies responded to a home on Gallaher Road Sunday for a report of a meth lab at the home.
After surveying the property, several one-pot labs were spotted in the yard and on the back porch.
Officers interviewed the resident, Michael Dale Forbes, 47, and asked to enter the home.
When Forbes refused, they secured a warrant and found 22 one-pot bottles total on the property.
Forbes was arrested and charged with the manufacture, delivery and sale of a Schedule II drug.
The Tennessee Meth Task Force was called in to clean up the site and the property was put under quarantine.
