KNOXVILLE (WATE) - There are some high health inspection grades this week along with a failing score at a local restaurant.

When first inspected, this restaurant scored a substandard grade, one considered "unsanitary" by the health department. The restaurant has since been reinspected.

Lowest Score:

Chez Liberty, 5200 Kingston Pike - Grade: 64

There was a problem with hygiene.

The inspector watched an employee handle dirty then clean utensils, but didn't wash hands in between.

There was a food temperature violation. Milk in one of the refrigerators was a 54 degrees, but 41 and below is required by health standards.

The inspector writes that the men's room had not been cleaned.

Also, there were no towels for men to dry their hands.

The inspector writes the grinder was dirty, it had not been sanitized.

He also found food stored on the floor in the cooler. It belonged up on shelves to prevent it from getting dirty.

Now Chez Liberty has been reinspected the new grade is an 83.

Reinspected Grades:

There's also been a reinspection at the Texas Roadhouse on Morrell Road.

The grade there jumped from a 70 to a 93.
