CLINTON (WATE) - A Powell man is now accused of shooting of his brother.
Anderson County Sheriff's investigators arrested Jamie Lowe, 30, on a warrant for a parole violation out of Michigan.
He's also facing charges of attempted second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
The shooting happened Feb. 1 on Johnson Gap Road near Sulphur Springs Road.
Deputies found Jeffrey Lowe, 28, suffering from what could have been a life-threatening gunshot wound.
Investigators have not released a motive so far.
