Sweet potato casserole

Recipe from Wanda Dixon of Tennessee

For casserole:
3cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/3 cup milk/cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter

For topping:

3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
4 tblsp. softened butter
1/3 cup flour & 1 cup chopped pecans

Blend all casserole ingredients well. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Mix all topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle on casserole and bake for another 15 minutes.
