Native American celebration at Cumberland Falls


CORBIN, Ky. (AP) - A weekend celebrating Native American culture will be held at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park next month.

A release from the state Department of Parks says the weekend will be about the traditions, culture and history of Native Americans.

On Friday there will be storytelling and flute music, with Saturday's calendar featuring Indian myths, activities and dancing. On Sunday, Native American spirituality will be explored.

There will be a buffalo buffet at The Riverview Restaurant on Saturday.

The Native American Weekend is March 22 to 24.
