Whitley Co. man arrested on meth-making charge

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WATE) - A Williamsburg man was arrested late Monday evening for allegedly manufacturing methamphetamine in his home.

Casey L. Moses, 42, is being held in the Whitley County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.

Sheriff's deputies say they received a tip Moses was making meth in his home on Ben Jones Loop.

When they arrived at the home a strong chemical odor was coming from an open window in the back of the house.

A Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Special Investigations team was brought in to neutralize the meth making operation.

Moses is charged with one count of manufacturing methamphetamine.
