4 injured after car hits convenience store


MEMPHIS (AP) - Four people have been injured after a vehicle hit a convenience store in Memphis.

The injured people were taken to the hospital, but are expected to recover.

The incident happened Saturday morning at a Circle K. Logan Westbrooks said he pulled into the location to get gas, but then couldn't stop his car. It crashed through the front of the store, stopping only when it hit a beer case.

Westbrooks, who is not facing charges in relation to the crash, said he is baffled over the crash and is saying prayers for the injured.
