PIGEON FORGE (WATE) - Dozens of firefighters were called Sunday to fight a massive fire burning more than 100 acres in Pigeon Forge.
Sevier County officials said the blaze started around 4 p.m. as a single house fire on Black Bear Cub Way. The fire then ignited the other cabins nearby.
At least 35 cabins have burned completely. Crews worked through the night to extinguish the flames spreading to other cabins.
Authorities said two helicopters will be brought in to help fight the fire.
All those living in nearby cabins have been evacuated. Fire officials also recommended anyone living nearby who are not under mandatory evacuations to leave the area for the evening.
Twenty-five fire departments are on the scene. They say several other residential homes are in danger if the fire jumps a nearby ridge.
Sevier County officials are asking that people stay away from the area as several emergency vehicles need access to the road.
No injuries have been reported.
Sunday's fire is not related to the brush fire at Dollywood on Saturday.
