KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A Knoxville man died Tuesday after an accident at a work site.
Matthew Shore Haselden, 31, was working at a home on Clinch View Lane Tuesday afternoon when he fell off a ladder, which was supported by scaffolding.
Someone at the home found him unconscious around 1:30 p.m. and called 911.
Rural Metro responded and
pronounced him dead on the scene.
Knox County Sheriff's Office detectives
believe Haselden was self-employed.
