KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A dump truck driver was not injured after his truck ran off the road and hit a garage.

It happened just after noon Friday off of Cedar Lane in North Knoxville.

Police say the driver went off the road, lost control of the truck, and then overturned.

Gravel was spilled across the homeowner's yard.

They say unfortunately, problems like this aren't that rare.

"It's happened before. This isn't the first time, but in the past, it's happened three times in the past two months," said Robbie Fulton, whose grandmother's yard was the site of the accident.

"Don't know if the shoulder has eroded away, I don't know. People driving too fast. I don't know what's going on, but there's something going on," Fulton continued.

Police say no one was hurt and no other vehicles were involved.

The driver was not believed to have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
