Knoxville man shot by arrow at business


KNOXVILLE (WATE)- A man was treated on scene at a Knoxville establishment after being shot by an arrow early Sunday morning, according to the Knoxville Police Department.

Officers responded to a 911 call that someone had been shot at The Ball Gentleman's Club at 3005 Alcoa Highway around 3:30 a.m.

Upon arrival they discovered a bouncer at the club had been shot in the back by an arrow. The injury was considered minor.

Officers conducted an immediate search of the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

An investigation is being led by Lt. David Powell of KPD.
