Whitley County man charged with flashing constable

CORBIN, Ky. (AP) - A man in southern Kentucky went from a day at the lake to a night in jail.

WKYT-TV in Lexington reported that police arrested 26-year-old Larry Wayne Osborne on Sunday after receiving a call from Whitley County Constable Ron Bowling.

Bowling told officers he was bass fishing on Laurel River Lake when he saw Osborne expose himself and make gestures toward people at the lake.

Bowling called Corbin police, who searched the waters and found a still-nude Osborne.

Osborne is charged with indecent exposure, possession of marijuana, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct.

Osborne is listed in the Whitley County Detention Center. Jail records do not indicate if he has an attorney.
