KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Two restaurants have low health inspection grades and one place has a very high score.

It's been a long while since a full service restaurant has received a perfect grade. It happened this week.

First, the low scores.

Lowest scores:

Rouxbarb, 130 Northshore Drive - Grade: 69

Anything below 70, the health department considers unsanitary.

The inspector found fresh produce with mold on it. Not very appetizing. The food was ordered thrown away.

The health report says the kitchen handsinks were not usable. That's because cooking equipment had been stored in the sinks, so employees couldn't wash their hands.

Finally, food temperatures were off, especially pork.

The inspector found the cooler unit was not holding food at 41 degrees as required by health rules.

Soccer Taco, 7601 Kingston Pike - Grade - 70

Here, too, the inspector found food temperature violations.

Sour cream was at 51 degrees, but 41 and below is the safe temperature to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Frozen food was found thawing in standing water. I remember when my mother used to do that. But at restaurant kitchens, frozen food has to be thawed in the refrigerator to prevent bacteria growth.

Top grade:

The best grade this week is a 100. Love That BarBQ on Maryville Pike has made the best list before, now they're perfect
