KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Attorneys have submitted new filings one week ahead of the start of the Y-12 protester case.

Michael Walli, Sister Megan Rice, and Greg Boertje-Obed could face more than 20 years in prison if convicted.

The trio has been charged in connection with the July 2012 break-in of the national security complex.

The group allegedly cut security fences, spread human blood at the scene and spraypainted messages the plant's storage center for bomb-grade uranium.

Defense attorneys and prosecutors have filed proposed jury questionnaires and jury instructions.
