CLINTON (WATE) - An Anderson County man was arrested Tuesday in a 2012 death.

The TBI and local sheriff's deputies arrested James Wylie, 54, after he was indicted in the homicide case last week.

Wylie is charged in the death of Martha McGhee, 33.

Investigators say she fell out of Wylie's truck on Cobb Hollow Road and hit her head.

McGhee died from her injuries; her body was later found along the road.

Wylie is facing charges of criminal homicide and kidnapping, as well as leaving the scene of a death or personal injury.

He's being held on a $500,000 bond.
