Ingredients: 1 lb. of quality Crab Meat, cooked (no imitation) 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 tbs chopped Parsley 1 tbs Oregano 1 1/2 tsp Saute Dust 1 tbs chopped Garlic 1/4 cup veggie stock Olive Oil Phyllo Dough Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Combine crab, bread crumbs and all the seasonings including the veggie stock. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll out 3 sheets of Phyllo, brush each sheet with Olive oil and stack on top of each other. Place 3/4 cup to 1 cup of mixture in Phyllo and roll tight. Brush the rest of the Phyllo dough with oil and bake until golden brown.
