Ingredients:
12 large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1/4 cup Pear Honey
1 tbs. Saute Dust
1 tbs. chopped Parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs. Olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
Preparation:
Saute shrimp in Olive oil, then add pear honey and all seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes, add wine and reduce for 3 minutes. Adjust taste with salt and pepper.
