Ingredients: 1/2 of whole Chicken (with bone in) 1/2 cup diced carrots 1/2 cup diced red onion 1/2 cup diced potatoes 2 tbs. chopped Parsley 1 tbs. granulated Onion salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Boil chicken in 3 quarts of water about 15-20 minutes. Take the meat off the bone. While removing the meat from the bone, add carrots and onions to the broth and stew for 15 minutes. Add potatoes and seasonings and stew for another 20 minutes. Add the meat and stew for another 30 minutes. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
