KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Two men arrested in an online prostitution sting will be back in court later this summer.

Gregory Parton's trial date is set for August 5. He told the court Monday that he planned to hire a lawyer.

Parton is a firefighter and EMT with the city of Sevierville. He has been suspended pending an investigation.

Brian Justice, also arrested in the sting, will return to court on July 2.

Justice was a teacher with Anderson County High School before resigning in light of the arrest.

According to the Knox County Sheriff's Office, the two men were caught in a reverse sting operation using backpage.com

Each had arranged a meeting with a prostitute using the escort's section, only to be surprised by an undercover officer who then arrested them.
