KNOXVILLE (WATE) -  A small fire broke out early Wednesday morning inside a West Knoxville apartment complex. One person was arrested at the scene.

The fire started at Cagle Terrace Apartments, 545 Renford Road, just before 6:00 a.m.

The building's sprinkler system was able to put out the fire, which was contained to one apartment.

Police say Haden Wilder was arrested and is suspected of setting the fire.

Police say Wilder had been recently evicted from the building and was taken to a local hospital for a mental evaluation.

After being released from the hospital, he allegedly returned to the apartment building and started the fire.

Wilder has been charged with aggravated arson.
