The Chapter 7 documents filed in federal court state that Hutchison has between one and 49 creditors, estimated assets of roughly $310,000 and estimated liabilities of around $337,000.

The liabilities stem from a lawsuit with Dean Stallings, the former owner of an Oak Ridge Ford dealership, and lawyers fees from that case.

A hearing on the bankruptcy is set for August 6.
