HARLAN, Ky. (WATE) - Two men are now facing murder charges in the death of a Kentucky man two years ago.

A Harlan County grand jury indicted Thomas Polson and Carl Simpson on Tuesday. They're charged with murder, robbery and tampering with evidence.

Both are in the Harlan County Detention Center.

Kentucky State Police say the body of James Feltner was found in July 2011 near an abandoned mine in the Blair Community of Harlan County.
