KNOXVILLE (WATE) - No restaurants received failing health inspection grades this week, but one Knoxville restaurant received a number of critical violations.

A score below 70 is considered unsanitary by the health department.

House of Dragon, 1907 Cumberland Avenue - Grade: 74

The inspector writes in her report that she found a live cockroach crawling on a wall in the restaurant's kitchen.

The restaurant was ordered to call its pest control company to exterminate the bugs.

The inspector notes that a soiled rag was also left on the food preparation table. It was unclear whether that dirty rag had been used to clean tables before someone started preparing food on it.

Upon inspecting dry storage, the inspector notes finding moldy and rotten potatoes. Those were ordered to be thrown out.

Raw chicken was found stored above raw beef in the refrigerator, creating the possibility of cross contamination.

When House of Dragon is re-inspected in a few days, a total of nine points may be added to the original score of 74.
