DANDRIDGE (WATE) – The American Eagle Foundation released two young American eagles on Friday.

The eagle population is slowly recovering in a remote location on Douglas Lake.

The foundation uses domestic breeding pairs of eagles and raises their young so they can be used to repopulate the species.

You can track the eagles on the foundation's web site.
