MORRISTOWN (WATE) - A 52-year-old woman is killed in a domestic dispute, and now her husband is facing murder charges.

Morristown Police say Barry Lee Arbaugh, 54, called 911 around 2:13 a.m. Thursday and told dispatchers his wife Dorothy was unconscious. He then had tried to resuscitate her by CPR.

When first responders arrived two minutes later at the Providence Circle home, Dorothy Arbaugh was unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Arbaugh told investigators he and his wife had been arguing and it escalated to the point that he choked her.

When she wasn't breathing, Arbaugh called 911.

Barry Lee Arbaugh is now charged with second-degree murder.
