KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The man believed to be responsible for a drug-related deadly shooting in West Knox County Sunday night has been arrested.

Deputies say Ke Lonzo Deon'tez Pullens, 23, and his girlfriend, Natalisha CoraySona, 18, drove to North West Middle School around 6:00 p.m.

The couple had gone there to purchase approximately one ounce of marijuana from Joshua Allen Berry, 18, and Jerman Umar Jackson, 18.

Berry and Jackson got into Pullens' vehicle and rode with him to Virginia Walker Apartments on Pleasant Ridge Road to examine the drugs.

An argument began between Pullens and Barry regarding the transaction, and Pullens pulled a gun from underneath the driver's seat, pointing it at Berry.

A struggle ensued between the two, causing them to roll out of the vehicle onto the pavement, fighting for possession of the gun.

Berry gained control of the gun, aimed it at the other three, and shot Pullens. Pullens was later pronounced dead.

Berry is charged with second degree murder. He is being held in the Knox County Detention Facility on $500,000 bond.
