DANDRIDGE (WATE) - A man who was thrown 60 feet from a scissor lift while washing windows Saturday has died.

Jefferson County dispatchers said Justin Bass, 31, was using the lift to wash windows at a Riverbend Drive home in Dandridge. The lift rolled down a hill, hit a retaining wall and tipped over.

A UT Medical Center spokesperson confirmed Tuesday that Bass died following the accident but did not know specifically when.
