KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Students celebrated homecoming tonight at Fulton High School and 6 News was there for a special moment.

Runner-up for the title of homecoming queen, Danielle Pyle, wore a lovely yellow dress and was escorted onto the field by Corey Wyatt.

Pyle's parents also joined the couple on the field.

The special Olympics nominated Pyle for homecoming court.
