SEVIERVILLE (WATE) - Three men charged with robbing a Sevierville pharmacy in December 2012 have all been sentenced to prison.

Marvin Smith, of Taylors, S.C., was sentenced to 262 months for robbery of a pharmacy, brandishing a firearm during an act of violence, felon in possession of a firearm, and deemed a career criminal.

Michael Daniels, also of Taylors, received a 147 month sentence for robbery of a pharmacy, and brandishing a firearm during an act of violence.

Randall Norris, of Greer, S.C. was sentenced to 93 months for robbery of a pharmacy and brandishing a firearm during an act of violence.

The sentences will all be served day for day with no opportunity for parole or probation.

Police say two of the men robbed the CVS Pharmacy on Winfield Dunn Parkway at gunpoint on December 17, 2012, getting away with approximately $21,000 worth of pain medication.

The third man was waiting in a stolen vehicle and they fled the scene. Police eventually caught up with them when the suspects crashed their vehicle on Interstate 40.
