"Offensively I thought Worley played the game of his career. He was conservative with the ball but when he needed to be aggressive, he was aggressive. He made plays when he had to," said UT Senior Kristofer DeBenedictis.

But fans say they were holding their breath as the clock got closer to zero.

"I was nervous until we got the ball back the last time. When we got that back I knew we were going to get the W," said Alex Trujillo.

Saturday's win is reassurance for fans who say Butch Jones is the right person to rebuild orange and white. "He's a good coach, I think he's good for us. He's a solid coach, he's bringing these kids around real good, and teaching them a lot of good things," added Ronnie Burchfield.

Fans added this win was pivotal as we prepare for the next match up.

"We got Bama next week, that's going to be a tough game because Bama is Bama. So that's going to be tough regardless but we got a good momentum going in so that's going to be great," said Shea Baker.

Some fans say Saturday's win will help make the team stronger because it could attract top ranked recruits.
