KNOXVILLE (WATE) - UT's big upset over South Carolina still had people talking on Monday. Many fans feel the Vols are heading in the right direction, and may even upset other ranked teams in the future.

UT's defensive and offensive coordinators spoke to the Quarterback Club at Calhoun's on Monday.

Members of the club say they are happy with the direction the team is going.

"I see us going nowhere but up," said club member Dr. Bill Powell. "I think Butch Jones is truly the man for our program. I'm glad he is here."

Many people 6 News spoke with say Coach Jones is the real reason the Vols are improving.

Member Herky Payne knows a lot about winning, as he was part of the 1951 championship team.

"This coaching staff is doing a great job," said Payne.

Payne said he was not expecting the win on Saturday, but is glad to see the momentum going in the Vols direction.

He says there is one thing they need to work on.

"It's all about recruiting," said Payne. "We have to have the talent. It's very difficult at Tennessee because we have to [recruit] out of state."

"I think there is probably one more upset," said Dr. Powell. "I certainly hope so. I think we will get to a bowl."
