MADISONVILLE (WATE) - A Monroe County woman suspected of selling drugs from a fast food drive-thru window was arrested on several other charges.

Denia Lee Webb, 33, was arrested Wednesday and charged with theft and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Officers say they were sent to the Wendy's, 711 Old U.S. Highway 411, to investigate an employee who was accused of selling illegal drugs through the drive-thru window.

The store manager told officers Webb's register was short $146.72. When officers detained Webb for the theft, they questioned her about a debit card reported lost on September 23.

Purchases had been made on the card since that time. Webb admitted to finding the card and using it at a convenience store and gasoline pump.

No charges related to the alleged drug selling have been filed.
