KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Greater Knoxville Honda Dealers are helping raise awareness for breast cancer by driving a pink car around town.

People can sign the "Honda for Hope" for a small donation, which will go to the Compassion in Action Fund.

Local Honda dealers said the campaign is all spreading awareness.

"So much about cancer is awareness, and this is a vehicle to bring that awareness to everyone to make sure they're doing what they need to do to make sure they protect themselves. And they also think about those loved ones who have suffered through it, or unfortunately have passed due to it.," said dealer John Patty.

The Compassion in Action Fund is a non-profit group who help cancer patients in East Tennessee get access to medical treatments, such as mammograms and medicine, that they normally wouldn't be able to afford.
