KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Two of the three men sought for burglarizing and vandalizing a Neyland Stadium skybox last week have been arrested, according to the University of Tennessee Police Department.

UTPD says David Battaly, 23, and Chaison Chambers, 18, were both positively identified as suspects in the incident. They were identified through physical evidence left at the scene and anonymous tips sent to police.

Neither suspect is affiliated with UT.

Officers say evidence suggests the suspects entered the stadium by climbing over a fence Oct. 29 around midnight. The suspects were caught on surveillance camera.

Once inside, they used an unsecured elevator to access the skybox. There they caused minimal damage to doors and furniture while trying to gain access to individual boxes.

The thefts were mostly food and beverage items.

Officers say while stadium security is greatly enhanced leading up to game days, including additional staffing and the use of explosive detection canines, security has been increased during times of non-use as a result of this incident.

UTPD says the two suspects have not been cooperative in identifying the third suspect and are still seeking the public's help in identifying that person.
