2 arrested for meth-related charges in E. Ky.

MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WATE) - Two people are facing meth-related charges after being arrested Tuesday in Bell County, Kentucky.

Kentucky State Police were patrolling the Beans Fork Area when they found 30-year-old Billie Jean Bullins, of Middlesboro, who is a wanted person.

When officials approached Bullins, she attempted to flee the scene in her car, but ended up getting stuck in her yard.

Troopers were arresting Bullins when they found several items consistent with meth manufacturing in her vehicle.

Authorities also arrested Pacino Porter, of Detroit, Michigan, who was in Bullins' car. 

Bullins and Porter were charged with possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of meth precursors, possession of drug paraphernalia, giving officers a false name and DUI. 

Bullins and Porter were booked at the Bell County Detention Center.
