BULLS GAP (WATE) - A search party found the body of a missing Hawkins man in a field near his home, according to family members.

Hawkins County authorities say Kenneth Ramsey, 63, was last seen on November 15 near his home on Walker Church Road in Bulls Gap.

Family members tell 6 News that a search party found his body Saturday morning.

In November, the family previously told 6 News that Ramsey's disappearance is strange considering his car, clothes, and medicine were all left behind.

"He wears a sling, he has a bad arm, and it's there at the house. His cane is there, but he went without his cane a lot here this last little bit. But nothing is missing. It's like he just got up and walked outside," said nephew Michael Ramsey.
