COOKEVILLE (WATE)- The Fulton Falcons are back-to-back 4A State Champions after defeating Giles County 54-14 on Saturday afternoon. 

Xavier Hawkins led the Falcons in both rushing and receiving yards. He had 81 yards on 9 carries and 56 yards on 5 receptions. He also had four touchdowns. 

Hawkins was awarded the Offensive MVP award for the 4A BlueCross Bowl.

The Falcons', Sidney Jackson won Defensive MVP. He had 8 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 1 interception and 1 pass break up. 

The Falcons finished the season 15-0.
