KNOXVILLE (WATE) - This week, four area restaurants failed to achieve a passing grade from the health department.

Napoli Pizza & Grill, 4409 Chapman Highway - Grade: 36

Remember, you need at least a 70 to pass the inspection.

There were a number of violations, including no towels at any of the hand sinks.

There was spoiled, moldy lasagna left out in the kitchen, and the inspector even came across contaminated eggs in the walk-in cooler.

Oodles Uncorked, 18 Market Square #100 - Grade: 61

Here, the inspector found tomato soup at the wrong temperature.

An employee was seen not washing his or her hands before putting on gloves.

There was a hand sink backed up, all due to some food preparations.

Wasabi, 118 Major Reynolds Place - Grade: 64

The dishwasher rinse was not working properly and the inspector noticed a food container was not covered.

Yummy Yummy Teriyaki Express, 4409 Chapman Highway - Grade: 64

Here, an employee was not seen washing his or her hands after touching money and cleaners.

Also, there were gloves stored in the hand sink, and there was cleaner stored next to the to-go cups.
