KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The United Way of Greater Knoxville is in the midst of it's 2013 campaign, but the organization needs your help to reach its goal of $12 million.

Bob Kesling, the Voice of the Vols and the 2013 campaign chair for the United Way of Greater Knoxville, spoke about the campaign and the organization on Good Morning Tennessee on Thursday.

The United Way helps several local organizations, many of which already operate on very small budgets.

"It's really the best way to help people, and 100,000 people in our community annually are benefited by United Way," Kesling said.

You can donate by visiting the United Way website or just call (865) 523-9131.
