ROGERSVILLE (WATE) -  Deputies in Hawkins County arrested two teenagers after finding marijuana, scales, and rolling papers during a traffic stop on Highway 11-W near Far Side Drive.

The sheriff's office says James Tessier and Patrick Ryan, both 18 years old, were pulled over for a broken taillight.

Deputies say Tessier, who appeared to be under the influence, admitted to having marijuana in the car.

Ryan then showed an officer even more pot, hidden under a seat.

Ryan is free on bond Sunday night, but Tessier remains at the Hawkins County jail. Both are scheduled to be arraigned in January on several drug charges.
