MCLOUD, Okla. -

An Oklahoma man is accused of murdering his stepfather by giving him an "atomic wedgie" during an argument.

ABC-affiliate KOCO-TV reports Brad Davis, 33, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of his stepfather, Denver St. Clair, 58.

Police were called to the family's home on December 21 and learned Davis and St. Clair had been in a fight that resulted in St. Clair's death.

Davis reportedly told authorities that the argument turned physical, which is when he pulled his stepfather's underwear over his head and around his neck in an "atomic wedgie."

The wedgie caused St. Clair to fall to the ground unconscious.

Davis stated when he left the room to make a phone call, St. Clair was still alive, but found he wasn't breathing upon returning.

Police noted his death was the result of blunt force trauma and asphyxiation.

Davis is being held without bail at the Pottawatomie County jail.

A Facebook page was set up to honor St. Clair after he passed.
