KNOXVILLE (WATE) - A Chattanooga woman is charged with raping and kidnapping her female partner, according to Knoxville police.

Kimberly Hunt, 34, is charged with aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping and theft.

Police say Hunt held her victim against her will for several hours at a home on Ridgetop Road in Knoxville on December 27, beating her on several parts of her body. The victim had injuries to her hip, arms and face.

Hunt is then accused of keeping the victim from leaving the home by blocking the door with her body.

Hunt is also accused of stealing the victim's ring, and selling it at a pawn shop in Cleveland, Tenn. using the victim's identification.
