GREENEVILLE, TN (WJHL) -

A Johnson City mother has agreed to plead guilty to using her children in the production of pornography, according to federal court documents.

Connie McCall and her husband Ronnie McCall were charged back in October with the knowing production of child pornography by a parent and other sex-related charges.

In her plea agreement filed Monday in federal court in Greeneville, Connie McCall agreed to plead guilty to the knowing production of child pornography by a parent.

She faces a mandatory prison term of at least 15 years and a maximum sentence of 30 years, along with a $250,000 fine and a minimum of five years on supervised release. She must also register as a sex offender.

According to court documents, from February 2011 through August 2012, Connie McCall knowingly permitted three of her children, who were under the age of 18 to engage in sexually explicit conduct and assisted another person to produce visual depictions of that conduct.

Connie McCall also knew at the time the pornography was being produced that it was done so with material s and equipment that had been shipped, mailed or transported across state lines.

The court documents also said Connie McCall aided and abetted Ronnie McCall in the production of pornography, and that her husband took the three children to a place to engage in sexually explicit conduct and received money from another person for that.

Prosecutors have said the man who filmed the children committed suicide.

The McCalls were charged by Johnson City police with felony child abuse and neglect in July 2012. Investigators said at the time the conditions inside the family’s mobile home were deplorable.

Connie McCall had originally pleaded not guilty to the charges. Her change of plea hearing is scheduled for Feb. 5.

Ronnie McCall’s plea deadline is March 11. His jury trial is scheduled for March 25.
