Salmon with Dill Wine Sauce

2oz.-6oz. Salmon fillets (skinned)
1 1/2 tsp. Dill weed
1 tbs. Saute' Dust   
1 tbs flour
1/4-1/2 cup Chardonnay wine
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbs Olive oil


Saute' Salmon in Olive oil, 4 minutes per side (medium heat). Add Dill weed, flour and all seasonings. Let simmer for 2 minutes, deglaze with wine, and add salt and pepper to taste.
