Baby Shrimp Pomodoro with Angel Hair Pasta

1 cup baby Shrimp
2  Roma tomatoes (sliced)
1 tbs chopped Parsley
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Saute' Dust
1/2 tsp Basil
3 tbs Olive Oil
8 oz. Angel Hair pasta (follow cooking directions on the package)
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup veggie stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute' Shrimp, Garlic, Basil, Parsley and seasonings for 4-5 minutes. Deglaze with white wine and stock. Add tomatoes, simmer for 2 minutes. Fold in pasta, adding cheese if desired.

Serves 2-4
