KNOXVILLE (WATE) - The trial continued Wednesday for the Knox County man accused of shooting and killing three women.

Investigators say Paul Moore is accused of shooting and killing his wife Christina Moore, her twin sister Bridgett Stagnolia and another woman, Amber Snellings. The shooting happened in an apartment on Old Clinton Pike back in 2012.

Several witness took the stand Wednesday, from a detective who responded to the 911 call to one of the victims daughters. who described problems with the Moores' marriage before the shooting.

In court, the jury listened to 911 calls and watched video of sheriff's deputies arriving at the crime scene.

Victim Christina Moore's daughter Courtney Roach took the stand saying one month before the murders, Paul Moore found out Christina Moore was having an affair with Amber Snellings.

Roach said she was in the room when Moore confronted her mother about the affair.

"He's asking why can you do this? I thought you loved me and I love you and I thought you wanted to work things out," Roach testified.

Roach went on to testify that the month before the murders, Paul Moore also confronted Snellings about the affair, threatening her.

Moore is charged with first degree murder in the shooting deaths of the three women.
