LAFOLLETTE (WATE) - The LaFollette snake handling pastor and reality TV star, Andrew Hamblin, 22, is facing new charges, this time charges come for traffic violations.

According to the Campbell County Sheriff's Office, Hamblin was pulled over Friday afternoon along Highway 116 in LaFollette after a deputy noticed his vehicle did not have a license plate.

Hamblin was not able to provide proof of vehicle registration or insurance. Upon conducting a driver's license check, the deputy then discovered Hamblin was driving on a suspended license.

He was taken into custody and charged with registration and insurance violations, as well as driving on a suspended license.

In November, Hamblin was cited for possession of class one wildlife after TWRA seized 50 snakes were from his church, the Tabernacle Church of God in Campbell County.

Those charges were dropped in January, after jury did not find enough evidence to indict him.
