Arctic air oozes in overnight

KNOXVILLE (WATE) - Arctic air continues to ooze into the region overnight pushing lows into the single digits and teens.

Wind chill advisories are posted for the plateau and mountains where wind chills will be -10 to zero at times during the morning.

One computer model is trying to break out some light snow and flurries between Knoxville and the Smokies. I think this is a bit overdone, but wouldn't be surprised to see some snow showers. A gradual warming trend heads our way by the end of the week.

TONIGHT: Some Clouds: 13°

TUESDAY: More Clouds/ Flurries or Light Snow: 24°

TUESDAY NIGHT: Partly Cloudy: 8°

WEDNESDAY: Sun & Clouds: 28

THURSDAY: Partly Cloudy: 42°
