Tow to Go to help Tennessee drivers not drink and drive after Super Bowl festivities

TAMPA, Fla. (WATE) - For those who choose to consume alcohol at Super Bowl parties this weekend, AAA and Bud Light are teaming up to provide Tow to Go service once again in Tennessee.

AAA says the service is designed to be used as a last resort and is offered based on the availability of AAA drivers and tow trucks during times of high call volume.

People can get a confidential local ride within a 10 mile radius to a safe location. The service is available to both AAA members and non-members.

The tow truck can take the vehicle and up to two people home.

If you are in need of the service and have no other safe alternative, you can call (855) 2-TOW-2-GO or (855) 286-9246.

Since its inception in 1998, Tow to Go has safely removed more than 24,000 intoxicated drivers from the roads.
