Spare Ribs with Rub and Dipping Sauce

Rub Ingredients:
Chef Jock's saute' dust
Chef Jock's grill dust
Spray bottle of 50:50 vinegar and water

Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 tbs brown sugar
salt to taste
1 tbs mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbs saute' dust
2 tbs Jack Daniels
1 tbs liquid smoke
1 tbs Tennessee Habanera sauce

 

Preparation:
Boil rubbed ribs first. Then place them in the oven or on the grill. Add a little more seasoning if desired.

Dip in the sauce or brush on the sauce while grilling or baking.
